Drake Commercial have fully let Wollaston Park, Wollaston on behalf of the landlord, Eskmuir.
The last two available units, 1-3 Williams Way, 24,404 sq ft and 1-2 Raymond Close, 14,366 sq ft were let to Salvation Army and Airwair (Dr. Martens) respectively.
The estate, which encompasses 15 units totalling 127,542 sq ft was in poor condition and over half of the units were vacant when Eskmuir purchased the estate in 2016.
Over the intervening period, Drake Commercial assisted Eskmuir in implementing an asset management strategy which incorporated a comprehensive refurbishment of the vacant units. The refurbishment, which was overseen by Spring Building Consultancy and undertaken by contractors Zelltec has paid dividends with Drake Commercial completing eleven new lettings and two lease renewals over the past three years.
As a result of the refurbishment and proactive asset management programme implemented, the overall rental income on the estate has increased by nearly 70% since the landlords purchased the estate.
