Unit 5 Weddell Way was let to Indica Automotive on a new 10 year lease at the start of February. Indica Automotive are a leading converter of foam insulation materials within the automotive industry. Indica Automotive are a subsidiary of Automotive Insulations who took 63,000 sq ft from Drake Commercial at J1, Rugby in 2015.
Acting alongside our joint agents, TDB Real Estate, Unit 2 Scotia Close was let to Eriks Hose division on a new 10 year lease. The building comprised circa 19,400 sq ft and will result in a number of new jobs for the town, as the transaction has facilitated the relocation and expansion of their existing facility on the Brackmills Estate.
