Unit 4 at Europark has been let to on behalf of Richard Utley Ltd (RUL). The unit, 12,789 sq ft was refurbished to a high standard and leaves the existing stock on the estate fully let.

Europark comprises a 350,000 sq ft estate comprising high quality industrial units and yard space strategically located on the A5, 5 minutes drive from J18 of M1 and J1 of M6 motorways. Occupiers on the estate include Dennison Trailers, Jaguar Landrover, Panic Transport and Fortron International.

Drake Commercial acted jointly with Bromwich Hardy after Richard Utley Ltd had completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the unit.  The deal comes hot on the heels of the letting of Unit 3 to Studco Building Systems.

Unit 4 was let to Jones & Shipman Hardinage Ltd, a Leicester based company who specialise in the production of high precision grinding machinery.

At present within Rugby, there are only two existing units under 100,000 sq ft available to let and our clients RUL are providing much needed Grade A stock to cater for the pent up demand in the mid box size range.

Planning Permission has been granted for two new units on the entrance to the site. Units A (33,000-42,500 sq ft) and unit B (25,000 sq ft) are available built to suit on a freehold or leasehold basis.

In addition to this, demolition has recently been completed on units 8/9 and planning permission has been submitted for a new 47,000 sq ft warehouse to take its place. This will be built speculatively on receipt of planning permission and PC of this unit should take place later this year.
