Whilst the health and safety of our employees, clients and contacts is obviously paramount Drake Commercial (DC) also acknowledges its responsibility to minimise the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the service it offers its clients, applicants and other contacts. We would therefore like to confirm the steps DC are taking to manage the situation.

DC’s business infrastructure allows all partners and staff to work remotely by way of email and telephone including Skype and with full access to all stored documents and our full database.

So, during the outbreak, even should our office remain unmanned for a period, either due to circumstances or Government requirements, we will, as ever, continue to offer the best service to our clients.

Furthermore, to ensure that we continue to offer the best service possible to our agency instructions,  we have adopted a protocol for “contactless” viewings with applicants. These will continue so long as they are permitted by Government regulation or indeed are required.

DC will continue to monitor the ever evolving situation and will act in line with Government announcements in maintaining our service. We will of course keep all parties updated as to developments.
