Drake Commercial have been instructed by Daventry District Council to let their brand new building on Heartlands Business Park.
DDC have completed a new £2.3m development, constructing a high spec business premises providing warehouse, workshop and office space. Part of the new development has been pre-let to Coherent (formerly Rofin Baasel), who are relocating from Drayton Fields and the remainder is now to let with Drake Commercial.
Councillor Colin Poole, DDC’s Economic, Regeneration and Employment Portfolio Holder previously stated: “Our Council has a strong track record of working with local businesses on redeveloping commercial land and property, including the new headquarters for Hi-Force at Prospect Way and for Hambleside Danelaw at Long March. These types of projects not only breathe new life into our industrial heartlands but help us to both retain and attract national businesses that prove to be a real boost for our local economy.”
The remaining available space comprises approximately 12,636 sq ft and has been finished to a very high standard, including a modern reception area, staff facilities and a large secure yard area.
