7-imgBoth Units 3 and 4 at Faraday Close have changed hands in recent weeks. Acting on behalf of a private pension fund, we have let a 6,000 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit on a new 5 year lease which has been taken by SPK Trading Limited, as part of their continued expansion.

Next door, a 10,000 sq ft unit has been sold on a freehold basis for an undisclosed sum. Drake Commercial acted for the vendor, a private investor, and the unit was acquired by Brian James Trailers whose main HQ premises are just a few hundred yards away in Sopwith Way.
