Drake Commercial have been instructed as joint marketing agents with BNP Paribas Real Estate at Europark, Rugby.

Europark is an privately owned and managed industrial estate, well located just off the A5, approximately 5 minutes drive from the M1 at Junction 18. Current occupiers include Jaguar Landrover, Dennison Trailers and Panic Transport.

Our clients will be speculatively developing a 22,500 sq ft terrace of industrial units with space available from 7,500 sq ft. The units will specified to a very high standard and will be available on a leasehold basis.
