AI resized for press releaseRugby based Automotive Insulations Limited have recently taken occupation of a new manufacturing facility from developer Hamdon Gate at their successful J1 development adjacent to Junction 1 of the M6 at Rugby.

The new facility which totals just over 63,000 sq ft was built to Automotive Insulations’ specific requirements and was delivered on time and on budget.  Automotive Insulations Limited moved from existing premises in Rugby as part of their expansion and ongoing contracts providing essential equipment to the Jaguar/Land Rover supply chain.

Matthew Small of Hamdon Gate comments:-

“Automotive Insulations Limited wanted to remain in Rugby in order to retain key staff.  They also wanted a building that was deliverable within a strict timescale and one that presented a quality image.  I am pleased to say that we were able to deliver on both counts”.

Automotive Insulations Limited join Quartzelec Limited, another Rugby based company, at J1 where there are now only two plots remaining to accommodate buildings of 100,000 sq ft and 150,000 sq ft .  Both plots are serviced and have detailed planning permission and can deliver build to suit schemes immediately.

Drake Commercial advised Hamdon Gate in respect of the letting to Automotive Insulations  and they have also been instructed to market Automotive Insulations existing premises of 33,000 sq ft on Somers Road , Rugby which is available on either freehold or leasehold terms.
