Tony has over 40 years experience, including 17 years with Connell Wilson/ Lambert Smith Hampton, before originally establishing Drake Commercial in 1996. Following the merger with Bidwells in 2003 Tony re-formed Drake Commercial in 2008.
A specialist in the industrial and business space sector in the Northampton, Daventry and Rugby markets with a focus on agency and new development work as well as valuations, rent reviews , lease renewals and general consultancy. Clients include Prologis, Hamdon Gate, Stepnell, Hampton Brook, Industrious and IPIF.

Nicholas has nearly 30 years experience. He started his career at Berrys before joining Countrywide and subsequently moving on to join Tony Drake at Drake Commercial. Latterly in 2010 he left Bidwells and joined Tony Drake as an equity Partner in the re-formed Drake Commercial.
A specialist in industrial, office and business space agency, investment and development work across the Northamptonshire and the wider region advising both private and institutional clients including Northamptonshire County Council, Aberdeen Asset Management, Legal and General, Reed Elsevier, IPIF and Conygar. He is involved in a number of development projects across the region including Stanton Cross which is an 650 acre mixed use urban extension to the east of Wellingborough.

David has 35 years experience in the commercial property market, dealing mainly in the South and East Midlands but also on a nationwide basis. He was a partner at Connell Wilson / Lambert Smith Hampton between 1986 and 1999, before joining Tony Drake as one of the original partners at Drake Commercial. Following the practice’s merger with Bidwells in 2003, he continued with them until moving directly into development in 2008. David set up his own development companies, Jayell and Snook Point and had a spell as a director at Lambert Smith Hampton from 2012 before rejoining his former partners at Drake Commercial.
David’s experience has covered all aspects of industrial, office and business space property providing transactional, consultancy and professional advice, latterly focussed on investment and development. Clients include Roxhill, Prologis, Hampton Brook, Frontier, Travis Perkins, Asda and Co-op.

Tom joined in 2014 and has nearly 10 years experience working in the commercial property market. He began his career in the estates team at Ladbrokes, where he dealt with the company’s UK wide property estate, specialising in Landlord & Tenant work and the letting of surplus business space. In 2010 he moved to southern M25 firm Maxwell Brown, where he spent four years specialising in the office and industrial markets, for clients including M&G, SWIP, Axa and Canmoor.
Tom focuses on all areas of the regional market, dealing with a range of work including Agency, Landlord & Tenant, Investment, Valuations and General Consultancy. He knows the area well having grown up in Northampton before departing for university. Current clients include CBRE Investors, Caisson IM and the Wigley Group.
Tom is Chairman of East Midlands branch of the Industrial Agents Society, a member of the Office Agents Society and Vice Chairman of the RICS Hockey Club

Joe has over 7 years’ experience working within the commercial property market. He began his career at Bidwells in Northampton and subsequently moved on to BNP Paribas Real Estate in Birmingham where he provided business rates advice to a range of national clients such as Barclays, Travis Perkins, Betfred, Schuh, and Lloyds Banking Group.
In 2011, Joe moved back to Northampton to join Lambert Smith Hampton where he spent 4 years specialising in industrial agency. His clients included Orchard Street Investment Management, Royal London Investment Management, British Steel Pension Fund, Kindale and Saint Gobain.
Joe covers all areas of the regional market and specialises in industrial and business space agency, development, acquisitions, lease renewals, rent reviews and business rates advice.
